Welcome to this blog site. My name is Len Rosen. Fourteen years ago I chose to wind down my business and technology consulting practice and begin to focus on a boyhood love of mine, my fascination with invention, technological innovation, scientific research and discovery. From an early age, I was an avid naturalist. By age thirteen I had acquired three telescopes to study astronomy. I had a chemistry set. I filled my parent's home with aquariums where I raised all kinds of freshwater fish and crustaceans. I rescued baby birds, raising and releasing them. By the time I graduated high school I was teaching after school science programs to elementary school kids. During the summer I served as a science director for a regional conservation authority camp in Toronto.
